Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada married husband Chad Ochocinco this past Wednesday in a ceremony in their hometown of Miami. Since Chad just got signed to play for the Miami Dolphins this upcoming season, and Evelyn's home is in the city, the couple decided to stay home to get married. The two had talked about a destination wedding on Basketball Wives, but home is where the heart is. Although Chad and Evelyn's wedding ended up being a big celebration with Chad tweeting live during the ceremony, details are now being released about the preparations. And it sounds like this couple had an uphill battle at some points.
Before the ceremony began, an earthquake shook Miami. After the shocks stopped, a thunderstorm rolled in. How dramatic. A dramatic wedding day for two of reality television's most feistiest of characters.
"There was a REAL earthquake, thunderstorms, then a wedding. #PerfectDay," Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada tweeted to her fans for the first time in days. "This is Mrs. Johnson, not Chad for the first time in a few days." Despite going through some weather issues, Evelyn and Chad ended up having a wonderful day together. Even though the ceremony was complete, Evelyn couldn't help but worry about those aftershocks. "Still tripping about the earthquake!!! 5.2 on the richter scale!!! 30 minutes before I walked down the aisle! Only on my day! #CoolShit," she wrote.
Only the best for Evelyn. She may scare some people with her wine throwing, so why should mother nature hold back on her wedding day. And the aftershocks didn't affect the wedding. The couple looks happier than ever together.
Wish you guys all the best...........
