Flat Butt Is Disgusting.....Get a Butt Like Kim Kardashian in 4 Minutes

Who doesn't want a nice, strong, sculpted butt? The reality is that it takes a lot of hard work and exercise to sculpt your butt into something that stops traffic. Plan on working on your butt for at least 3 months before you see a noticeable difference.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.There are two types of exercise required to sculpt your butt: cardio and strength training. Set a goal for 45 to 60 minutes of cardio exercise every day to firm up your butt muscles as well as burn any extra fat. Cardio is any type of exercise that uses large muscles, such as your legs or arms, continuously for at least 30 minutes. The best types of cardio for a great butt are stair climbing, hiking in hilly terrain and walking on an incline. Be sure to wear supportive shoes and warm up for 5 to 10 minutes before you push up the intensity during exercise.
  • 2.Perform strength training every other day to allow your muscles to rest and grow strong. Schedule strength training either Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday or Monday-Wednesday-Friday to allow optimum rest time. Strength training 3 days per week will give you the best results, but you'll see progress even with just 2 days per week.

  • 3.Perform squats, which is a personal trainer favorite for a strong and shapely butt. The basic squat is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Squat down as if you're going to sit in a chair, keeping your abdominal muscles tight and your back straight. Protect your knees by keeping them behind your toes--make sure you can look down at your feet and always see your toes during the length of the squat. Squat down until your bent knees form a 90-degree angle. Do 10 to 15 repetitions, slowly squatting down and then standing back up. There are many variations of squats that work your butt, hip and thigh muscles in different ways: squat with an exercise ball between your back and a wall, squat holding a 10-lb. weight in each hand or use a squat machine at the gym. Start with 10 to 15 repetitions of one squat exercise, and each week add another 10 to 15 repetitions of an additional squat variation. After 4 weeks you'll be doing four different exercises.

  • 4.Do some lunges. Lunges are a modified form of a squat that focus in on your legs, thigh and hamstring muscles. Stand with both feet directly under your shoulders. Step forward with your right leg, planting your right foot on the floor 2 feet in front of you. Bend both knees so that your right knee comes to a 90-degree angle and your left knee almost touches the floor. Return your right leg back to the starting position. Alternate right and left legs for a total of 10 to 15 repetitions on each leg. There are also a variety of ways to perform lunges: walking lunges where you alternate bringing your right and left legs forward so that you "walk" around the room, reverse lunges where you bring your leg behind you instead of in front of you or hold a 10-lb. dumbbell in each hand as you lunge. Start with 10 to 15 repetitions of the basic lunge, and each week add another 10 to 15 repetitions of another lunge variation.

  • 5.Perform a step up on a bench or platform that is no higher than knee height to protect your knees. The basic movement is to step up onto the bench with your right leg, then step up with your left leg. Step down with your right leg, then step down with your left leg. Continue stepping up and down for 1 minute. Vary the exercise by stepping up only with your right leg. As you step up with your right leg, raise your left knee to waist height. Keep your right foot on the platform and touch your left foot back to the floor. Continue lifting your left knee and then stepping back with your left foot for 15 repetitions. Switch sides and step up with your left leg and raise your right knee.

  • Prosecutor:Ohio School Shooter Chose Random Victims

CHARDON, Ohio (AP) — The teenager arrested in an Ohio school shooting that killed three students didn't know his victims and chose them randomly, a prosecutor said Tuesday as the young man appeared in juvenile court.
T.J. Lane, 17, admitted taking a .22-caliber pistol to Chardon High School along with a knife and firing 10 shots at a group of students sitting at a cafeteria table Monday morning, Prosecutor David Joyce said.
The hearing came hours after the death toll rose to three, and as schoolmates and townspeople grappled with the tragedy and wondered what could have set the gunman off — a mystery the court appearance did nothing to solve.
"He did not know the students but chose them randomly," Joyce said.
Lane's face twitched lightly while the prosecutor recounted the attack, and the slim young man sniffled and half-closed his eyes as he walked out of the room with sheriff's deputies.
Lane's grandfather, who has custody of the teenager, and two aunts joined him in court; the women reached over and lightly embraced the grandfather as the hearing began.
Judge Timothy Grendell ordered the boy, who is considered a juvenile, held for at least 15 days. Prosecutors have until March 1 to charge him.
The judge imposed a gag order on opposing attorneys at the prosecutor's request and told the media not to photograph the boy's face in court.
Meanwhile, shaken residents offered condolences and prayers to the families of those killed and wounded at the 1,100-student high school. All three of the dead were students, as are the two wounded victims.
"This gets more tragic, the whole area is suffering, our prayers go up to God to give all strength, healing and closure," said one of hundreds of Facebook postings on a memorial page.
The community offered grief counseling to students, staff and others at area schools.
"We're not just any old place, Chardon," Chardon School Superintendent Joseph Bergant II said. "This is every place. As you've seen in the past, this can happen anywhere, proof of what we had yesterday."
A Cleveland hospital said Demetrius Hewlin, who had been in critical condition, died Tuesday morning. The news came shortly after Police Chief Tim McKenna said 17-year-old Russell King Jr. had died.
Another student, Daniel Parmertor, died hours after the shooting, which sent students screaming through the halls and led teachers to lock down their classrooms as they had practiced doing so many times during drills.
Both King and Parmertor were students at the Auburn Career Center, a vocational school, and were waiting in the Chardon High cafeteria for a bus for their daily 15-minute ride when they were shot.
The police chief would shed no light on a motive.
"I feel sorry not only for that family but all the families that are affected by this," McKenna said. Characterizing himself as a "hometown boy," he added: "Chardon will take care of Chardon."
A student who saw the attack up close said it appeared that the gunman targeted a group of students sitting together and that one of the dead was shot while trying to duck under the cafeteria table.
Lane's family is mourning "this terrible loss for their community," attorney Robert Farinacci said in a statement.
Lane did not go to Chardon High, instead attending nearby Lake Academy, which is for students with academic or behavioral problems.
Fifteen-year-old Danny Komertz, who witnessed the shooting, said Lane was known as an outcast who had apparently been bullied. But others disputed that.
Farinacci, representing Lane and his family, told WKYC-TV that Lane "pretty much sticks to himself but does have some friends and has never been in trouble over anything that we know about."
Student Nate Mueller said that he was at the table in the cafeteria where the victims were shot, and a bullet grazed his ear.
"My friends were crawling on the floor, and one of my friends was bent over the table, and he was shot," Mueller told The Plain Dealer. "It was almost like a firecracker went off. I turned around and saw (Lane) standing with a gun and I saw him take a shot."
Mueller told the Cleveland newspaper that Lane would wait at the school to take a bus to Lake Academy. Mueller said that King — one of those killed — had recently started dating Lane's ex-girlfriend.
Lane "was silent the whole time," Mueller said. "That's what made it so random."
Frank Hall, an assistant high school football coach who students say chased the suspected gunman out of the cafeteria, told a Cleveland TV station that he couldn't discuss what happened, but added: "I just want to say that I'm sorry for the families."
"I wish I could have done more," said Hall, whom students have hailed as a hero.

President Obama Suggests Romney Shoveling 'A Load of You-Know-What'

As Michigan Republicans headed to the polls Tuesday morning,President Obama delivered an aggressive defense of the bailout of the auto industry and his presidency in general, harshly criticizingGOP frontrunner Mitt Romney - though he never mentioned him by name.
"I've got to admit, it's been funny to watch some of these folks completely try to rewrite history now that you're back on your feet," the president said to a raucous crowd at the United Auto Workers Convention. "The same folks who said if we went forward with our plan to rescue Detroit, 'you can kiss the American automotive industry goodbye.'"
In a November 2008 New York Times op-ed titled "Let Detroit Go Bankrupt," Romney wrote, "IfGeneral Motors, Ford and Chrysler get the bailout that their chief executives asked for yesterday, you can kiss the American automotive industry goodbye. It won't go overnight, but its demise will be virtually guaranteed."
In a boisterous, excited tone, President Obama continued, criticizing Republicans who said "the workers made out like bandits in all of this; that saving the American auto industry was just about paying back unions. Really? I mean, even by the standards of this town, that's a load of you-know-what."
Campaigning in Grand Rapids, Mich., earlier this month, Romney said the bailout was " crony capitalism ," arguing that President Obama had "gotten hundreds of millions of dollars from labor bosses for his campaign. And so he's paying them back in every way he knows how. One way of course was giving General Motors and Chrysler to the UAW."
As part of the GM bailout's complex arrangements, a UAW-owned trust was given a 17.5 percent ownership stake the car company (now roughly 10% as stock has been sold) in exchange for various concessions including the union taking responsibility for health care costs of retirees. The president today argued that with reduced hours and pay, some worker rights relinquished, and roughly 700,000 auto worker retirees seeing a reduction in health care benefits, workers indeed gave things up in the bailout.
The visit was an "official" presidential event, not campaign-related, but the odd dynamic when the president took the stage to chants of "Four More Years!" after which a labor official told the crowd, "This is not a political event."
That seemed a questionable assertion, given how the president continually referenced Romney, defending how his moves to save GM and Chrysler demanded change and accountability. "The other option we had was to do nothing, and allow these companies to fail," the president said. "In fact, some politicians said we should. Some even said we should 'let Detroit go bankrupt'" - another reference to Romney's New York Times op-ed.
The crowd booed at that reference.
"You remember that?" the president said to the crowd that clearly did. "You know him?"
"Think about what that choice would have meant for this country," the president said. "If we had turned our backs on you; if America had thrown in the towel; GM and Chrysler had gone under."
The president used the event to not only reject Republicans referring to labor unions as a special interest group, he painted his support of the industry as part and parcel of his campaign platform: ""This notion that we should have let the auto industry die; that we should pursue anti-worker policies in hopes unions like yours will buckle and unravel - that's part of that same old you're-on-your-own philosophy that says we should just leave everybody to fend for themselves….We can't afford to go back. Not now….The economy is getting stronger. The recovery is speeding up. And now is the time to keep our foot on the gas."
Without directly asking the UAW workers to help his re-election campaign he said, "I'll promise you this: as long as you've got an ounce of fight left in you, I'll have a ton of fight left in me."

Experts: New Autopsy Needed In Reality Show Producer Death

The mystery surrounding the death of reality show producer Jeff Rice deepens, as even basic questions about the method of his demise remain unclear.Today's Michelle Kosinski summed up the case thus far, noting that Rice, who has worked on "Amazing Race," among other shows, was found in the Kampala Serena Hotel in Uganda on Saturday with his assistant (who is now in critical condition and in a coma). Reports indicate that large amounts of cocaine were found in Rice's stomach, and an initial autopsy suggests he may have choked.
"Justice with Judge Jeanine" host and former district attorney Jeanine Pirro and TODAY legal correspondent Savannah Guthrie discussed the case in the studio. Noted Guthrie, "There are a lot of oddities about this case."
But it hasn't helped explain just what led up to his death; speculation has ranged from a botched robbery attempt to poisoning, and now to a forced drug overdose, said Kosinski, ending with: "There are very few known facts at this point.

Added Pirro, "I had a case where a woman died of a cocaine overdose, they ruled it was a suicide. I reopened the case, got a conviction for murder. She was forced to ingest cocaine. ... You should see trace amounts in the nasal passages if there's an overdose. This seems to be the kind of case where we need to do another autopsy."
Guthrie agreed: "This is all happening in a foreign country, there are language barriers, it's a different system. Perhaps the best recourse for the family if they are able to do it is get a private autopsy to get some of these questions answered."

Iran Rapidly Expanding Nuclear Work, UN Atomic Agency Says.

Iran has rapidly ramped up production of higher-grade enriched uranium over the last four months, the U.N. nuclear agency said Friday, in a confidential report that feeds concerns about how quickly the Islamic republic could produce an atomic bomb.
The report by the International Atomic Energy Agency also said Iran had failed to give a convincing explanation about a quantity of missing uranium metal. Diplomats say the amount unaccounted for is large enough to be used for experiments in arming a nuclear missile.
Iran insists it is not interested in nuclear weapons and says its activities are meant either to generate energy or to be used for research. But the report contained little assurances the country's activities are purely peaceful.
Instead, it also confirmed that two IAEA missions to Tehran within less than a month had failed to dent Iran's refusal to assist an IAEA probe of suspicions that the country has been secretly working on aspects of a nuclear weapons program.
The report was issued to the IAEA's 35-nation board and the U.N. Security Council as the latest update on what the agency knows and what it suspects about Iran's nuclear program.
The confidential report obtained by The Associated Press said the agency continues to have "serious concerns regarding possible military dimensions to Iran's nuclear program."
It comes amid heightened tensions caused by Iran's refusal to reign in nuclear activities that much of the world fears could be redirected toward a weapons program. A rapid series of sanctions imposed by the U.S., the European Union and others imposed on Tehran have only increased acrimony without any sign that Iran is ready to compromise.
Instead, it has retaliated by imposing oil embargoes on Britain and France and threatening other European nations that act against it with similar punishment.

‘Friends Of Syria’ Mull UN Peacekeeping Mission During Conference On Crisis

As diplomats from some seventy nations huddled in Tunisia Friday to discuss the Syrian crisis, they had two objectives: to demand an immediate cessation of violence in Syria and to call on authorities in that country to allow humanitarian aid to be delivered to cities under siege from Bashar al-Assad's security forces.
A draft communique from the so-called Friends of Syria would also move towards recognizing the Syrian National Council, an opposition umbrella group, as the legitimate representative of the Syrian people, according to Reuters.
The 'Friends'—a group of Arab and European states, the United States and Turkey—are mulling whether to direct the United Nations to prepare a possible peacekeeping mission to enter Syria after a cessation of hostilities, the Associated Press reported. An American official attending the conference confirmed the proposal to Yahoo, but said the peacekeeping mission would only enter Syria after the violence ends under a UN "chapter 6" resolution, with the consent of the Syrian government.
Almost 7,000 people are estimated to have been killed in the regime's assault against the 11-month uprising.
But the efforts of the group are also meant to signal that Assad is headed for the fate of the region's fallen dictators. That message, the group hopes, will prompt more members of his regime and security forces to defect.
"It is clear to me there will be a breaking point," Hillary Clinton told journalists in London Thursday. "I wish it would be sooner, so that more lives would be saved, than later, but I have absolutely no doubt there will be such a breaking point."
The conference--held in the capital of the north African country whose democratic uprising in December 2010 set off a wave of popular "Arab spring" revolts across the Middle East--comes a day after the United Nations and Arab League jointly named former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan as their special envoy to Syria.
Annan "will provide good offices aimed at bringing an end to all violence and human rights violations, and promoting a peaceful solution to the Syrian crisis," a UN communique on the appointment said. "He will consult broadly and engage with all relevant interlocutors within and outside Syria in order to end the violence and the humanitarian crisis,  and facilitate a peaceful Syrian-led and inclusive political solution that meets the democratic aspirations of the Syrian people."
Earlier Friday, some 200 pro-Assad demonstrators tried to storm the Tunis hotel where the Friends of Syria conference was taking place, delaying Clinton's arrival at the venue.
"The protesters, waving Syrian and Tunisian flags, tussled with police," temporarily forcing "Clinton to be diverted to her hotel, delaying her appearance" at the conference, the Associated Press reported.

CELEBRITY JUSTICE:DR. CONRAD MURRAY I Didn't Kill Michael Jackson ... Stress Did

Dr. Conrad Murray just filed legal docs in which he claims his manslaughter conviction should be overturned, on grounds that the judge should have allowed him to prove ...Michael Jackson was so stressed out over his financial woes ... he recklessly rolled the dice by self-administering a fatal dose of Propofol.

Murray is responding to the D.A.'s claims that he should stay in jail pending appeal because the grounds for challenging the conviction are bogus.

Murray makes a number of arguments, but the most interesting is the section titled, "Financial Condition of Michael Jackson."  Murray's lawyers put it this way:  "Mr. Jackson was in debt approximately $440 million and desperately needed to fulfill a contractual commitment at the O2 arena in London."

The lawyers go on:  "He was on the verge of losing his entire estate to foreclosure.  The pressure to fight through his insomnia, to rehearse and be the entertainer he was in his earlier years was overwhelming."

And then the lawyers bring it home:  "His motivation and resulting desperation were relevant to show a likelihood or reason to act in a manner inconsistent with good judgment."

The lawyers believe it was an error for the judge to exclude evidence of MJ's financial desperation.
